Looking for a new opportunity is almost a full time role in itself so are you prepared?   How confident are you that any first impression from your profile,  widely considered to be made within 6 seconds, will tell your story?  Your CV should be crafted to you, not the job description.  The importance of tailoring a search to your values should align with any prospective employer you are looking to work with.  Researching and gathering as much information is key whilst using common language to showcase and bring yourself to life is often under estimated  – you are the shop window!  

Knowing that first impression is going to be key, accuracy around grammar, spelling and even your mobile number being written correctly are often overlooked – never underestimate the disappointment of a great CV through silly mistakes.
